I may earn a commission if you sign up through a link on this page. It never changes the prices I report or what I recommend. How this works
The short answer
- Official price
- Quote only
- Per technician
- Reported
- $200-300
- Per tech, per month
- 5-tech shop
- ~$1,000-1,500
- Per month, my estimate
What owners report paying
Every number below comes from a public Reddit thread. They are individual reports that I can't verify, so treat them as a range to test your quote against, not as a price list.
| Reported cost | Who said it | Source |
|---|---|---|
| $200 to $300 per tech per month, usually | A consultant who works with ServiceTitan clients | r/ServiceTitanFAQ |
| About $1,700/month before add-ons | A commenter, in a thread from a small plumbing company | r/ServiceTitanFAQ |
| Close to $10,000/month in total fees, 14 managed techs | A commenter | r/ServiceTitanFAQ |
| About $500/month for a phones add-on | A commenter | r/ServiceTitanFAQ |
| $300 per tech user license | A commenter | r/CRM (2026) |
| A $250 fee per "managed tech" | A commenter | r/hvacpeople (2026) |
Estimated monthly cost by team size
This uses the reported $200 to $300 per technician. It is my estimate from those reports, before add-ons, onboarding and payment fees.
| Technicians | Estimated per month | Estimated per year |
|---|---|---|
| 3 | $600 to $900 | $7,200 to $10,800 |
| 5 | $1,000 to $1,500 | $12,000 to $18,000 |
| 10 | $2,000 to $3,000 | $24,000 to $36,000 |
| 15 | $3,000 to $4,500 | $36,000 to $54,000 |

The pricing page lists the same core tools for each package (dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing, a pricebook, mobile estimates, payroll management, reporting, commission tracking and memberships) and doesn't spell out the differences. Ask your rep which tier includes what.
On top of the packages, ServiceTitan sells "Pro" products: AI Virtual Agent, Marketing Pro, Contact Center Pro, Pricebook Pro, Fleet Pro, Scheduling Pro, Dispatch Pro and Field Pro. In the threads above, one bill is quoted "before add-ons" and a consultant says most add-ons aren't worth the cost.
What to ask before you sign
- Price per technician, and exactly who counts as a billable tech (one commenter reported a fee for each "managed tech").
- Contract length and auto-renewal.
- Onboarding or implementation fees.
- Which features in the demo are Pro add-ons rather than part of your package.
- How you export your data if you leave. In a thread about leaving ServiceTitan, a commenter called data the hardest part of switching.

Who ServiceTitan fits
My take: it is built for larger residential and commercial shops with office staff, call booking and many techs. One commenter on Reddit put the line at about $3 million a year in revenue. Below that, you may pay for a lot you won't use.
If you want a published price instead of a quote
- Housecall Pro Max is $299/month billed annually with 8 users included. See Housecall Pro pricing.
- Jobber Plus is $529/month billed annually with 15 users. See Jobber pricing.
Questions people ask
ServiceTitan doesn't publish prices. Owners and a consultant on Reddit report roughly $200 to $300 per technician per month before add-ons, so a 5-tech shop would land around $1,000 to $1,500 a month. These are self-reported numbers, not official prices.
