Trade Software Review is written and maintained by the site's editor. It is not owned by, funded by or affiliated with any software vendor.
Why it exists
If you search for the best HVAC or plumbing software, most of the lists you find are written by the software companies themselves. Prices are hidden behind demos, and the honest answers end up buried in Reddit threads. This site puts the numbers in one place.
How I review
- Prices come from each vendor's own pricing page. Every page says the date I checked them.
- When a vendor doesn't publish prices, I collect what owners report paying and link every report, so you can read it yourself.
- Opinions are labeled as mine. Facts are linked to where they came from.
- No vendor can pay to be included, ranked higher or reviewed.
How the site makes money
Some links are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That never changes the prices I report or what I recommend. Details on the affiliate disclosure page.
Corrections
Prices change. If you see one that is out of date, or you want to share what you pay for your software, email me.
